Philippine service members and locals along with U.S. Marines conduct medical and dental services to the local community during a Community Health Engagement at the Cabayuga National High School – Tagabinet Extension in Palawan leading up to Amphibious Landing Exercise 15 (PHIBLEX 15).

PHIBLEX is an annual bilateral training exercise conducted by the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the U.S. Marines and Navy to strengthen interoperability across a range of capabilities to include humanitarian civic actions, disaster relief and contingency operations.
