Philippine Cpl. Eugene Aquino, 34th Marine Company, Battalion Landing Team 4, demonstrates and teaches Philippine Marine Corps martial arts techniques to U.S. Marines and Sailors at the Cabayuga National High School – Tagabinet Extension in Palawan leading up to the Amphibious Landing Exercise 15 (PHIBLEX 15). PHIBLEX is an annual bilateral training exercise conducted by the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the U.S. Marines and Navy to strengthen interoperability across a range of capabilities to include humanitarian civic actions, disaster relief and contingency operations.
