Phiblex 15 – Philippines and US Marines Demonstrate Amphibious Assault Capabilities

Philippine Marines with 4th Marine Company, Battalion Landing Team 9, alongside U.S. Marines from Company I, Battalion Landing Team 3rd Battalion, 5th Marines, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit work together to demonstrate amphibious capabilities while partnered together during the Amphibious Landing Exercise (PHIBLEX) 15, at the Naval Education and Training Command, Zambales, Philippines.

PHIBLEX 15 is an annual, bilateral training exercise conducted by the Armed Forces of the Philippines, U.S. Marines and Navy to strengthen interoperability across a range of capabilities to include humanitarian and civic actions, disaster relief and contingency operations.
